T. E. Hawkins was a Wobbly from Moscow, Idaho who was prosecuted in 1918 under the Espionage and Sedition Acts, receiving a six-month to ten-year prison sentence.


"Moscow, Idaho, April 3.—The case against T. E. Hawkins, H. E. Herd, and Charles Clifford, I.W.W., charged with criminal syndicalism, was called in the district court here this morning.... Hawkins and Clifford are mere boys."—"Three I.W.W. on Trial at Moscow," Spokesman Review (4 April 1918)
