Herbert N. Casson (1869-1951) was a Canadian socialist writer.

"Organized Labor and Organized Capital are engaged in a fight to a finish. It is the Trade Union against the Trust—the union workingman against the monopolist. The final outcome of this fight will affect the welfare of every man, woman and child in the United States. It is not a private affair; it is an industrial Civil War. The question that is being decided is more than one of work and wages; it is whether this country is to be run in the interests of property or in the interests of the people."

of the American Labor Movement (1901)
