Bob Miller (1895-1955) was a country music songwriter.

"Bob Miller and Emma Dermer wrote "Eleven-Cent Cotton" in 1928. The song "circulated in many slightly varying forms during the depression. Then in 1940 it was parodied by the Almanac Singers as 'Fifty-Cent Butter and Fifty-Cent Meat,' with the prices being revised upwards as inflation continued."
